Nauru First Responder Volunteer Programme

Join a dedicated team of volunteers providing immediate care and support to our community.

Be there when it matters most.

Whether it’s offering calm reassurance, providing basic medical assistance in a hospital or community setting, or supporting health services when they are under pressure, First Responders play an important role in helping people when they need it most.

Our volunteers come from across the Nauruan community. What brings them together is a shared commitment to helping others through simple acts of care, practical medical support, and being present during challenging moments.

By volunteering as a Nauru First Responder, you will join a supportive team and receive training to help you volunteer with confidence. You will gain valuable experience supporting people in health and care settings, build new skills, and make meaningful connections within your community.

Now more than ever, motivated community members are needed to lend a hand. This is your opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life when it matters most.
