Dr. Victor Harold Wasson is a Clinical Psychiatrist and Emergency Medicine Physician with more than 18 years of clinical experience across Fiji, the Marshall Islands, Micronesia and Nauru. He holds a Master of Clinical Psychiatry (Distinction) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Acute Medicine from the University of South Wales, a Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health from the Fiji National University, and a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the Fiji School of Medicine.

Dr. Wasson has led mental health services in multiple settings, including as National Clinical Psychiatrist for the Federated States of Micronesia and Senior Medical Officer at St. Giles Hospital in Fiji. He has extensive experience in forensic psychiatry, addiction treatment, community mental health and medical education, and continues to contribute to regional health development initiatives.
