Professional Overview

Dr. Gladys Baltazar is a compassionate and highly experienced paediatrician with more than 20 years of clinical practice in general paediatrics, neonatal care, preventive medicine, and child development monitoring. She has extensive experience managing acute and chronic illnesses in children, from infancy through adolescence, while also providing preventive care, immunization programs, and parental guidance.
She previously practiced as a Consultant Paediatrician at Alabang Medical Clinic and served as a paediatrician at Unihealth Southwoods Hospital and Medical Centre and St. Francis Maternity and Lying-in Clinic. Dr. Baltazar’s work included outpatient and inpatient paediatric care, neonatal follow-up, immunizations, and emergency stabilization. She collaborated closely with subspecialists and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care for her patients.
Her earlier training as a paediatric resident at the National Children’s Hospital gave her hands-on expertise in neonatology, paediatric intensive care, and subspeciality rotations.
