Professional Overview

Dr. Prince Aakash Gul is a Board-Certified Ophthalmologist (FCPS Ophthalmology, ICO Clinical) and CHPE-certified medical educator with over 7 years of comprehensive clinical and surgical experience in ophthalmology. Prior to joining NMC, he served an Ophthalmologist and Vitreoretinal Surgeon at LRBT Eye Trust Hospital, Karachi—one of the largest tertiary eye care centers in Pakistan.
Dr. Gul has independently performed more than 6,000 adult and pediatric cataract surgeries, including phacoemulsification, SICS, ECCE, and complex cataract procedures. His expertise extends to glaucoma management, including trabeculectomy and laser procedures, as well as vitreoretinal care with proficiency in intravitreal injections and management of diabetic retinopathy, retinal vascular diseases, and other medical retina disorders.
