Professional Overview

Mr. Muhammad Ali Jauhar is a highly experienced Microbiologist with over 9 years of expertise in diagnostic virology, molecular diagnostics, and research laboratory operations. Prior to joining NMC, he served a Scientist-B at the ICMR-funded Virus Research and Diagnostic Laboratory at Government Medical College Manjeri, where he plays a key role in laboratory infrastructure development, SOP preparation, and research fund management. He has extensive experience in BSL2 laboratory design and BSL3 laboratory operations, quality management systems (QMS), NABL documentation, and state-level surveillance laboratory coordination. Throughout his career, Mr. Jauhar has demonstrated strong capabilities in laboratory workflow optimization, financial auditing, molecular testing, microbiological culture and reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Known for his organized, goal-oriented, and analytical approach, he excels in both independent and multidisciplinary team environments. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Microbiology and remains actively involved in research and scientific publications.
