Professional Overview

Mr. Muhammad Ali Jauhar is a highly experienced Molecular Biologist and Microbiologist with more than 10 years of expertise in diagnostic virology, molecular diagnostics, bacteriology, mycology, and research laboratory operations. He currently serves as a Microbiologist, where he oversees comprehensive laboratory operations, quality systems, and strategic development initiatives while actively contributing to diagnostic microbiology services.

Prior to this role, he worked as a Scientist-B at the ICMR–Virus Research and Diagnostic Laboratory and as a Technical Officer in government health projects (NACO, NVHSP) at Government Medical Colleges in India, where he played a key role in outbreak investigations, laboratory infrastructure development, SOP preparation, and clinical research management.

He has extensive experience in BSL-2 laboratory design and BSL-3 laboratory operations, as well as in Quality Management Systems (QMS), NABL documentation, and state-level surveillance laboratory coordination. He has also served as an auditor for laboratory quality systems. Throughout his career, Mr. Jauhar has demonstrated strong capabilities in laboratory workflow optimization, financial and operational auditing, molecular and microbiological testing, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Known for his structured, goal-oriented, and analytical approach, he effectively leads both independent and multidisciplinary teams. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Medical Microbiology and remains actively involved in research and scientific publications.
