He brings extensive expertise in clinical pharmacy, oncology and aseptic services, pharmaceutical logistics, regulatory compliance, and health system strengthening.

Throughout his career, Mr. Marovia has held senior supervisory and management roles in major tertiary hospitals, including CWM Hospital and Lautoka Hospital in Fiji. He has led inpatient, outpatient, oncology, cytotoxic, and aseptic pharmacy services, and played a key role in establishing Fiji’s first Aseptic & Cytotoxic Suites. His expertise extends to inventory management systems, antimicrobial stewardship, procurement optimization, and national pharmaceutical policy involvement.

He has represented Fiji and Nauru in international programs and WHO-supported workshops and served as President of the Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Fiji for five years. A decorated UN Combat Pharmacist (UNDOF, Golan Heights), Mr. Marovia is recognized for his leadership, operational excellence, and commitment to safe, evidence-based medication management.
